Detailed Description: Rectorseal Cover Guard™ Fire rated gasket is made of steel for longer durability and strength. It has single decor, highly intumescent component designed for use with electrical boxes to re-establish fire-rating of assemblies with electrical box penetrations. It fits under cover plate and does not take up interior box volume. It is easy to install and reduces sound transmission. Gasket is UL listed and CSA certified.
