Used to cover flange cutouts in disconnect enclosures when disconnects are not installed

This greatly increases the versatility of disconnect enclosures enabling them to also be used as regular Type 12 enclosures

Detailed Description: Hoffman Operator adapter is used with Allen-Bradley 1494V variable-depth mechanism operators and Allen-Bradley 140U/140G/1494C/194RC cable-operated mechanism operators. It works on all Hoffman disconnect enclosures with a universal flange cutout. It should be installed with a disconnect in bulletin A21, A28 and A34 Hoffman enclosures that have a universal cutout. Adapter can be used with universal cutouts.

Adapter is included with an adapter plate and additional components that are required to interlock the master door with the disconnect operating mechanism. It is provided with panel drilling and installation instructions.
