Detailed Description: Bussmann Low-Peak® Class J Time-delay fuse is rated at 45 Amps/600 VAC/300 VDC. It has an interrupt rating of 300 kilo-Amps RMS and 100 kilo-Amps VDC. Fuse offers a time-delay of minimum 10 seconds at 500% of rated current providing ultimate protection. It comes with ferrule ends and features black/white permanent fuse indicator. Its long time delay characteristic reduces unwanted fuse openings caused by temporary overloads and transient surges. It measures 1.060 Inch x 2.380 Inch.

Low voltage fuse has lower resistance for cool operation. Fuse consumes less power due to lower watts loss. Low voltage fuse provides fast speed-of-response to short-circuits for high degree of current limitation. It offers type 2 coordinated protection for NEMA and IEC motor controllers when properly sized and saves space for equipment downsizing. Also provides maximum protection to motors against burnout from overloads and single phasing.
