Detailed Description: Schneider Electric / Square D adjustable differential pressure switch is used to control non-corrosive gas, air, non-corrosive liquids and hydraulic oil at a maximum pressure of 20000 psi. It has a 9012G pressure sensor of size 5600 psi. Switch has 380 die-cast aluminum alloy construction for durability. Piston pressure actuator operates from any position. It is regulates and monitors between two thresholds. Switch has a current rating of 0.22 Amp at 125 VDC, 0.27 Amp at 250 VDC, 6 Amps at 120 VAC and 3 Amps at 240 VAC.

Switch is furnished with screw-clamp terminals that accommodate 22 - 12 AWG conductors. Switch has an adjustable scale type with a pressure range of 170 - 5600 psi on decreasing pressure and has an approximate differential of 289 - 1260 psi +/-2.5% full scale at mid-range. Switch with form Z, NC-NO, SPDT-DB, snap-action, silver nickel contacts contact type for high conductivity. It provides cable entry through 20 mm BS4568 conduit entrance. It has 0.25-Inch BS2779 parallel pipe thread connections.

Switch operates at a rate of 120 cycles/minute and provides mechanical durability of 3000000 cycles. It measures 6.37 Inch x 2.63 Inch x 3.5 Inch. It is included with a 10-Amp type gL cartridge fuse for overload and short circuit protection. Switch gives a repeat accuracy of < 4%. It operates and allows to store at a temperature of -10 to 185 degree Fahrenheit. It provides 2 gn vibration resistance and 50 gn shock resistance. Suitable for pressure control or monitoring of water pumps, compressors, agricultural/irrigation water systems, molding presses, injection molders, grinding machines, machining centers, complex and special machines. Switch is NEMA 4/4X/13 rated for use in hazardous locations. Switch is UL listed, CSA certified and meets CE standards.
