Detailed Description: Signamax MT-Series Category 6 RJ45 keystone jack in dark ivory color is made of high-impact, flame retardant UL-rated 94V-0 thermoplastic. It features 180-deg configuration used to punching down wires on the back of a wall plate. Jack with U/UTP cabling is ideal for LAN, multimedia and power over 10 gigabit ethernet applications. It features high-density design to serve a large concentration of users. It exhibits multi-purpose keystone faceplates surface mounted on boxes and snap-in on patch panels for all delivery and cross connect products with easy wiring connections. It features strain relief IDC connector terminals used for standard single-position 110-type punch down tool or four-pair tool and ensures termination retention, securing wires during installation. It features enhanced plug-to-jack contact design for easy connection integrity and protects against damage caused by insertion of 4- or 6-position plugs. Dust covers used for voice or data identification protects unused jacks from dust and other contaminants. Connector is rated at 750 cycles minute insertion and extraction life for the highest level of system reliability. Wide IDC spacing is made of phosphor bronze with 100 micro inches tin alloy. Spring wire is made of phosphor bronze alloy with 50 micro-Inch of gold over 100 micro inches nickel finish for outstanding signal transmission. It measures 0.665 Inch x 1.181 Inch x 0.390 Inch. Connector operates safely at a rated voltage of 1000 VDC/VAC peak contact to contact at 60 Hz for one min. It has a minimum insulation resistance of 500 milli-Ohms at 100 VDC. Jack with contact resistance of 2.5 milli-Ohms comes with two modular insertion caps that can be used to eight position/contact to seat 22 - 24 AWG conductors into the IDC. It operates at -10 deg C to 60 deg C with maximum non-condensing humidity of 93%. It exhibits color-coded wiring labels for two data cables to increase adaptability.
