Detailed Description:
3M Scotch® Premium grade insulating splicing tape in black color features self-fusing ethylene propylene rubber material construction with rubber resin adhesive. It measures 30 ft x 2 Inch and is 30-mil thick. Tape with breaking strength of 8 lb/Inch has temperature rating of -18 to 90 deg C. It has dielectric strength of 69 kilo-Volts that is ideal for low and high voltage applications.
Tape is designed for use as primary electrical insulation for splicing all solid dielectric cables. The 1000% elongation tape features a snakeskin liner that is easily removed as the tape is applied.
