Detailed Description: Ilsco Clear Choice Tap connector in compact design has high strength aluminum alloy material with electro tin plating for durability. It measures 1.250 Inch x 0.5625 Inch x 1 Inch. Connector has slotted hex size for main and tap. It features dual entry wire hole that provides parallel connection. It accepts 12 - 2 AWG stranded for main and 12 - 2/14 - 2 AWG for aluminum/copper tap wiring connection for convenient installation. It withstands temperature of 90 deg C and has voltage rating of 600 Volts. It allows low contact resistance and avoids taping. Lay-in main conductor is perfect for use with copper/aluminum conductor and ensures superior reliability. Connector is UL listed and CSA certified.
