Detailed Description: Ideal Tone generator has F-connector port to offer toning and tracing of coaxial CATV cabling systems. It has three selectable different tones on front panel. Tone generator conveniently adds tone to the test sets. It has talk battery status for enhanced voltage and power for test sets. After three hours tone gets OFF automatically to conserve battery life. It has normal tone, half tone and constant tone amplitude. Tone generator has RJ jack that is ideal for modular cable or alligator clips. It has low battery LED indicator to indicate the battery life. Tone generator has 9-Volts battery. In leads open condition power cannot be drawn continuously.
