Detailed Description: Hoffman Lay-in straight section in ANSI 61 gray color features 14-gauge steel covers/body and 10 gauge steel end flanges construction with polyester powder coat over phosphatized surface finishing to provide durability. It is ideally designed to separate and organize wires for easier access to electrical wiring. It measures 24 Inch x 12 Inch x 6 Inch and is 0.500-Inch thick. Lay-in straight section has quick-release cover latches for convenient access.

Lay-in straight section features an opening on one side for wires/cables to be laid in the entire run without pulling. Lay-in straight section comes with gasketed quick-release flat sealing plate. It includes butt hinges and strong latches to offer additional strength. Lay-in straight section has continuous welded seams that are ground smooth. All sections and fittings have smooth, rounded edges to avoid damage to insulation. Lay-in straight section features adhesive and gasket that provide resistance to oil. It has NEMA type 12 enclosure for protection. It protects electrical wiring against exposure to oil and other contaminants in industrial applications. Lay-in straight section is UL listed.
