Detailed Description: Hammond 1489 Series Push button enclosure in gray color is made of 14 gauge steel and has powder coated cover/enclosure for protection. It is designed to accept standard heavy-duty oil tight push buttons/switches/pilot lights and provides protection from dirt/dust/oil/water. It has welded brackets for convenient enclosure mounting and removable 14 gauge inner panel.

Enclosure includes a continuous stainless steel hinged cover that is secured with clamps and plated steel screws that fasten into threaded sealed wells to hold firmly. Enclosure has a bonding stud on the door, a grounding stud and weldnuts for mounting inner panels. It features a oil resistant gasket for added protection. Type 12 push button enclosure measures 9.500 Inch x 6 Inch x 12.750 Inch. Enclosure meets CSA and UL standards.
