Detailed Description: Elco Air-Tite® Line voltage 6-Inch remodel housing is ideal for use in insulated ceilings and does not include lamp holder bracket. It comes with a ceiling opening of 6-3/8 inches. Lamp has a voltage rating of 120 Volts and power rating of 90 Watts. Junction box has six 1/2-Inch knockouts with true pry-out slots for faster installations. It is provided with access plates that are removable. Housing has a stamped steel frame that is painted for corrosion-resistance and allows easier mounting.

Housing can be adjusted 1-3/8 inches to accommodate various ceiling thickness and is designed to provide direct contact with ceiling insulation. Bar hangers can be repositioned to 90 deg and span 24-Inch joists. Housing measures 14-1/4 Inch x 6-3/4 Inch x 7-3/4 Inch. It includes an integral thermal protector that guards against overlapping. Housing is UL listed.
