Detailed Description: Midwest NCG Series Non-metallic cord grip is made of polyamide to protect against corrosion and has rain-tight as well as watertight construction for outdoor use. Grip features a neoprene bushing to seal-out oils, coolants, water, dust and other abusive agents. It protects conductors from mechanical damage due to vibration and movement. It includes polyamide 6 cable gland body and nut, neoprene bushing and polyamide 6 locknut. It offers IP68 degree of protection. It has trade size of 1 Inch and is compatible with cable size of 0.550 - 1 Inch.

Non-metallic cord grip is compatible with S, SO, STO, SJ, SJT, SJTO and SVO type portable cords. It is used for termination in machine tools, motors, transformers, food processing equipment, robotics, air conditioning units, illuminated signs, terminal boxes and control cabinets. Grip is used in rain tight and watertight construction for outdoor applications. Grip is UL listed, NEMA rated and CSA certified.
