Detailed Description: Cooper Crouse-Hinds Deep FD cast device box in gray is made of malleable iron with aluminum acrylic painted over zinc painted finish for high tensile strength and corrosion resistance. It has 3/4-Inch conduit entrance tapered threaded hub on one of the two short walls of the box with integral bushing. It measures 2.870 Inch x 2.860 Inch x 5.300 Inch. It has green ground screw on flange of the box for easy ground wire termination and is standard on boxes. It is suitable for use in wet locations when used with gasket and flat blank covers and is provided with standard mounting lugs for termination. It acts as pull boxes for conductors in a conduit system and accommodates wiring devices. It is used for straight line conduit runs and splices generally in marine applications. Box is UL, cUL listed and CSA certified.
