Detailed Description: Cooper Crouse-Hinds Retrofit sealing fitting is made of high-strength feraloy iron alloy and has neoprene gasket, bolts and setscrews for convenient connection. It has a trade size of 4 Inch and measures 9-3/4 Inch x 6-5/8 Inch x 5-1/4 Inch. Fitting has steel setscrews provide grounding continuity. It has steel pipe plugs that provides installation of a standard ECD15 drain fitting for use in vertical conduit runs to drain any water that might accumulate in the conduit system. It prevents accumulation of water in the conduit system when installed with an ECD15 drain. It is used for rigid metal conduit systems to restricting the passage of gases, vapors or flames from one portion of the electrical system to another at atmospheric pressure and normal ambient temperatures. It is also used to limit explosions to the sealed-off enclosure, prevent precompression or "pressure piling" in conduit systems. Fitting meets UL/CSA/NEC/CEC standards.
