Detailed Description: Crouse-Hinds Arktite® 4-Pole Pin and sleeve connector features two piece plug and cord connector design for easy installation. It has current rating of 200 Amps and 600 VAC/250 VDC. It has self-closing spring doors on receptacles and cord connectors for environmental sealing. It measures 5-1/4 Inch diameter x 15-7/8 Inch. Connector accommodates wire of diameter 1.875 - 2.500 Inches. It offers grounding contact wire terminators to accommodate ground wire of same size as phase wire. The 4-Wire connector comes with spring band contact design to provide multiple points of electrical contact. It has a hub of size 2-1/2 inches. It improves electrical reliability and significantly reduces effort required for insertion/withdrawal. It has threaded nuts for positive plug retention. The larger wire well size connectors will interchange with connectors of other wire well size of same current and contact configuration. Mechanical lug connectors will interchange with crimp/solder connectors of the same current and contact configuration for reliable use. It is ideally designed for motor generator set, compressor, heating and cooling unit, welder, conveyor, lighting system, indoor/outdoor. Connector is UL listed and CSA certified.
