Detailed Description: Appleton STN Type Liquidtight flexible metal conduit connector has a unique long aluminum ferrule with fine threads that provide higher pullout requirements. It is 4 inches long and has a minimum hole diameter of 4.52 inches and a maximum hole diameter of 4.63 inches. Ferrule provides maximum surface contact for improved sealing and a continuous, permanent and positive metal-to-metal grounding. It has zinc electro plated malleable iron body.

Connector is flame resistant and has insulating insert terminated into hex-head wedge adapter that prevents wire damage without reducing the throat diameter. Hex-head wedge fits inside wall enclosures providing maximum wiring room. Hub adapter can be used for sheet metal enclosure installations and is ideal for wet locations. Connector meets UL/CSA/NEMA standards.
