Detailed Description: Appleton EXLK Series Flexible coupling in natural finish features outer bronze braid, inner brass core with insulating liner for added durability. It comes with smooth and rounded integral bushing in each hub to protect conductor insulation. It measures 2 Inch x 36 Inch. Dust-ignition proof coupling has an interior insulating liner that protects the conductor from abrasion under vibrating conditions. It is furnished with union at one end and a female end fitting with a removable male nipple at the other end. Explosion proof coupling has heavy-duty design to resist mechanical abuse and is used in place of rigid conduit in difficult-bend situations. It features electrical conductivity equal to rigid conduit on a similar length basis. Watertight coupling includes accurately tapped/tapered threads for tight, rigid joints and ground continuity. It finds application where vibration/movement is a problem and has a trade size of 2 inches. Coupling is UL listed and CSA certified.
